As one of the largest cities in the World, Istanbul is in dire need for ‘technical guidance’ on how to plan future investments. Within this context, the City of Istanbul has hired NKY to prepare at least 24 Feasibility Reports on ‘concepts’ or ‘project ideas’ which the City is envisioning to pursue.

NKY’s detailed task and responsibilities include market research, focus groups and stakeholder management, site selection, marketing plans, technical analysis and conceptual design, business modelling, project management, financial modelling and financial analysis.
