Located in the city of Kostanay in the north of Kazakhstan, the building was designed on a 210,000 m² land plot. The entire land has been evaluated as a “health zone” and the hospital building has been placed in the center of the land plot. The remaining area was considered as the development area. Due to the lack of social areas around the land, which is located in the development area of the city, social areas have been added on two floors in the main entrance section, and it is foreseen that the staff working in the building, outpatients and patient relatives can use these “social” areas. The construction is planned to be completed in 2025.
