This 4 storey hotel comprises of 120 beds and facilities including a restaurant, café bar, sports centre and swimming pool. The design and layout of the project references the traditional Black Sea vernacular architecture with timber covering most of the facades. The roof is covered with copper plates which were also inspired by the conventional system. Surface water around the structure is collected in a small pond near the hotel where it is then distributed into the local creek.
