This office project is designed in a public centre with strong spatial and contextual contact with all parts of the city. The space across 19 floors includes offices, restaurant, cafeteria, terrace, social and cultural open areas and a parking lot. The office units are located on the west and east side of the building to maximise the natural light developing the sustainable performance of the development.
