Hippodrome development forms part of a major city project located at the Baku side of the Caspian Sea. The main focus of this project is to showcase horse racing and polo events by integrating the racetrack and including a specialist horse hotel and paddock area. The project includes restaurants, private lodges, VIP lodges, cafeteria, admin units, exhibition and service areas.
