Its architectural design references a budding plant that affirms vitality and life. The planning includes exhibition halls, workshops, auditoriums for events, meeting rooms, classrooms, management offices, cafes and restaurant areas, basement floors are reserved for parking areas, open areas are extensions of the exhibition and event areas inside. The structure uses bright composite metal, glass, steel and bright concrete materials.
