The project, which is a huge facility of 196,000 m² with a hospital with 800 beds, a dormitory building for 250 people, a gym and an indoor parking lot, is the first university hospital project in Kazakhstan made with the PPP model. The building is home to more than 4,000 personnel and more than 1,000 students, with its design that succeeds in bringing together the children’s and adult hospital units in a single building so that they can function as two separate hospitals when necessary. The completion date of the building, which was equipped with the most modern medical equipment of its time, is foreseen as June 2023.
