This house concept design consists of 3 storeys; on the the lowered entrance the facilities include a fitness centre, semi-open pool, hobby room, lounge and a car park. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, study and living room and on the top level are all of the bedrooms. The southern walls are collecting solar energy; maximising sustainability and the building materials consist of natural stone, ceramic tiling, timber, glass and a rough concrete to finish.
