The design consists of a hotel, theatre, convention, shopping, entertainment and sports centre and it is constructed individually to allow each area to express its own identify. The morphology of the buildings flow with the curved shape exterior inspired by the northern winds blowing in from the sea. Features include interior acoustics, foyers, key access areas including specialist ramps and it is all connected with glass tube elements. The outer skin, composed of glass and steel membranes provides an iconic contemporary design.
