The design is planned as a facility to meet the food demands of the region. The design brief includes wholesale areas for dairy products, beverages, dried nuts, spices, flowers, meat, fish and produce, as well as cold storage units. The brief also contains a hostel, various shops, management units, laboratories, waste management areas, technical areas and parking.
